摘要
通过研究电弧炉冶炼过程工艺,对于熔化、氧化和还原三个不同过程中的电极控制特点进行分析,结合复合控制的基本思想,设计出了将复合控制技术应用于电弧炉电极控制的使用方法,建立了智能式电极升降复合控制模型和算法,利用专家控制系统提供策略和算法切换技术,构成多模态控制系统结构,并利用Clips语言进行算法实现和专家控制系统的程序编制。系统投入运行以来保持了不同冶炼阶段的电弧功率值,取得了很好的现场效果。
Based on the study of arc smelting steel making technology and through analyzing peculiarity of the smelting, oxidizing, reduction, with basic theory about multi-control, a proper method is designed for the intelligent multi-control technology applied in control of electrode lifting. The intelligent multi-control model and algorithm to electrode elevating are worked out. The technology of how to use expert control system offering the strategies and algorithm switching are studied as well. Clips software is applied in algorithm program and control system making. The framework of multi-mode control system is made of all above researches. Since the system is functioning the smelting has kept a proper efficiency in varying period, and the control system works excellent with these control mode and intelligent algorithm.
