摘要
"互联网+"时代,C2C电子商务信用问题更加凸显。研究C2C电子商务信用评价体系的发展困境,并探寻突围之路具有现实意义。[方法 /过程]从信用评价入手,解析信用评价对电子商务各参与主体的重要性,解构现有C2C电子商务信用评价体系存在的发展不足,探究其突围之道——建构第三方信用评价体系。[结果 /结论 ]提出第三方信用评价体系的建构原则和建构路径,认为应采取先由政府主导切入,再转向市场主导的发展模式。
[Purpose/significance] In the 'Internet plus' era, the credit evaluation problem of C2 C e-commerce is increasingly prominent. It has practical signifi cance to make a research on the development plight of C2 C e-commerce credit evaluation system, and to explore the way to break through. [Method/process] Starting from the credit evaluation, this paper demonstrates the importance of the credit evaluation for e-commerce participants, analyzes the dilemma of the existing C2 C e-commerce credit evaluation system, and explores the way to break out of the encirclement——constructing the third-party credit evaluation system. [Result/conclusion] It puts forward the construction principle and strategies, which will be carried out from government leading to market leading.
