摘要
[目的 /意义]以中国大陆企业为研究对象,旨在研究知识管理实践与中国企业市场绩效的关系。[方法 /过程]运用问卷调查进行数据收集,通过结构方程模型方法进行假设检验。[结果 /结论 ]发现以知识为导向的人力资源管理在提升员工满意度、客户价值创造和市场绩效方面有显著作用。
[Purpose/significance] This study aims to examine the relationships among knowledge management practices, the customer value creation, the employee job satisfaction and the market performance of fi rms in China's Mainland. [Method/process] Data was collected by questionnaire survey and the hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling approachin this research. [Result/conclusion] It reveals that knowledge-oriented human resource management plays a significantly positive role in the customer value creation, the employee job satisfaction and the market performance of fi rms.
