京津冀科技资源数字地图平台建设中GIS应用研究

The GIS Application Research in the Digital Map Platform Construction of Jing-Jin-Ji Science and Technology Resource

[目的 /意义]随着地理信息系统(GIS)技术的不断完善,其应用已渗透到社会各个方面。而GIS在科技资源领域的应用较少,仍处于探索阶段。[方法 /过程]从京津冀地区科技资源服务平台建设现状与问题出发,基于京津冀科技资源数字地图平台建设实践,探讨平台建设过程中GIS的应用。[结果 /结论 ]实践结果表明,GIS在科技资源数据管理、分析与可视化,科技资源评价,科技资源动态监测与模拟预测等方面具有明显的优势,为京津冀协同创新提供可靠的情报信息研判与决策支撑。

[Purpose/significance] With the development of geographic information system(GIS) technology, it has been used in many fields of society. However, GIS has not be used in the field of science and technology resources, and it’s still being explored. [Method/process] In this paper, according to the shared status and existing problems in digital map service platform of Jing-Jin-Ji science and technology resource, the application of GIS was investigated based on the information service platform construction of Jing-JinJi science and technology resource. [Result/conclusion] The result shows that GIS has obvious advantages in the management, analysis, and visualization of science and technology resource data, evaluation, dynamic monitoring, and simulation and prediction of science and technology resources. The application of GIS in the service platform can provide effective means for reliable intelligence information judgment and decision support.
