网络舆情分析人员胜任特征模型的构建研究

Research on the Construction of Network Public Opinion Analysts' Competency Model

[目的 /意义]旨在探索移动互联网的背景下网络舆情分析人员在应具备的胜任特征。[方法 /过程]运用数据挖掘、行为事件访谈、问卷测评等方法,对我国网络舆情分析人员的胜任特征及影响因素进行深入研究,在此基础上,构建网络舆情分析人员胜任特征模型。[结果 /结论 ]研究结果表明,我国网络舆情分析人员胜任特征可从人格个性特质、高层次职业技能、信息分析能力、职业品德修养和行业知识技能5个方面来考察,这一研究结果将为我国网络舆情分析人员的人才选拔、评价和培养提供参考意见。

[Purpose/significance] This paper aims at discovering the competencies that network public opinion analysts should have under the mobile Internet background. [Method/process] This paper conducted a deeply study of the competency characteristics and influencing factors of our country’s network public opinion analysts by the methods of mining, behavioral event interviews, questionnaires, and so on. [Result/conclusion] The result shows that the competency of network public opinion analysts can be examined from personality traits, high-level vocational skills, information analysis capabilities, professional moral cultivation and industry knowledge. This research result will provide reference opinions for the selection, evaluation and cultivation of the network public opinion analysis talents.
