摘要
[目的 /意义]知识管理是图书馆学学科的一门重要课程,为促进课程的理论与实践相结合,需重塑'知识管理'课程的教学模式。[方法 /过程]首先梳理国内外'知识管理'课程教学的现状,接着从课程的教学阶段和教学专题两方面介绍基于知识管理方法的'知识管理'课程教学。[结果 /结论 ]总结运用知识管理方法的教学效果,体现出'分享、管理与创新'的精神,重点培养学生的知识组织能力、策划与设计能力以及逻辑性,希冀为国内'知识管理'课程的进一步发展提供参考。
[Purpose/significance]Knowledge management is an important course in library science.In order to promote the combination of theory and practice,it is necessary to reshape the teaching mode of'knowledge management'course.[Method/process]This paper combed the status quo of'knowledge management'course teaching at home and abroad,and then introduced the course teaching of'knowledge management'based on knowledge management method from two aspects:teaching stage and teaching topic.[Result/conclusion]This paper summarizes the teaching effect of knowledge management method.This course embodies the spirit of'sharing,management and innovation',and focuses on training students’knowledge organization ability,planning and design ability and logicality,hoping to guide the further development of domestic'knowledge management'course.
