基于CNKI的脑卒中患者康复护理研究的文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of rehabilitation care for stroke patients based on CNKI

目的了解脑卒中患者康复护理的现状和发展方向,分析存在问题和不足,为脑卒中患者康复护理的发展提供依据。方法检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)自建库以来刊载的符合条件的中文文献,利用多元统计方法对高频主题词/副主题词共现矩阵进行转换,根据社会网络分析法绘制可视化的网络图谱。结果共纳入445篇文献,论文发表总体呈上升趋势,核心期刊发表较少,研究热点主要集中在康复护理、偏瘫、吞咽障碍、生活质量等方面。结论康复护理已引起研究者的关注,研究深度有待优化,需进行康复护士培养,加强脑卒中患者的康复管理,以提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To understand the current status and development of rehabilitation care for patients with stroke,analyze existing problems and deficiencies,and provide basis for the development of rehabilitation care for patients with stroke. Methods: Search for eligible Chinese documents published has been made since the establishment of the Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database( CNKI),multivariate statistical method was used to convert high-frequency keyword/subtopic subject co-occurrence matrix,and a visual network map was drawn based on social network analysis. Results: A total of445 articles were included. The overall presentation of the papers was on an upward trend. There were few published core journals. The research focuses were mainly on rehabilitation nursing, hemiplegia, dysphagia, quality of life and so on. Conclusion: Rehabilitation care has attracted the attention of researchers,the depth of research needs to be optimized,rehabilitation nurses need to be trained,and stroke rehabilitation management should be strengthened to improve the quality of life of patients.
