古代历史问题影响下的中越关系发展探讨

On the Development of Sino-Vietnamese relations under the Influence of Ancient Historical Issues

中越两国由于古代历史原因,越南对中国存在很多的误解,影响两国关系的发展。在我国推进'一带一路'倡议面前,我国需要什么样的越南,如何处理好与越南的关系,是建设'一带一路'必须要解决好的问题。要解决好两国存在的问题,就需要从古代历史中寻找两国问题的症结,对症下药,才能更好的开创两国关系发展的未来。而历史问题尤其是古代两国复杂的关系是影响两国关系发展的一个重要问题。对于古代同一历史事件,两国可能有不同的解释,造成了两国看问题的方式不同,进而影响了两国关系的发展。解决两国面临的历史问题,笔者认为应从三方面着手,一加强两国历史学界的交流,逐步形成共同解读历史,形成共同的历史观,必要的时候编著两国共同的历史教科书;二是加强两国间的全面交流,相互理解,相互包容,不能只站在己方立场片面的看问题;三是中国要自强,从古代历史上看,中国越强大,中越关系就越好。

Because of the ancient historical reasons, Vietnam have a lot of misunderstandings about China, which affects the development of the relationship between the two countries. To solve the problems of the two countries, we need to find the crux of the two countries from the ancient history, to remedy the case, in order to better create the future of the relationship between the two countries. The two countries may have different interpretations for the same historical event, thereby affecting the development of the relationship between the two countries. In order to solve the history problem between the two countries, the author thinks that we should begin from the three aspects: firstly, to strengthen the two countries history of academic exchanges, and gradually form the common interpretation of history, form the common view of history, write the common history textbooks;Secondly, we should strengthen the comprehensive exchanges between the two countries, understand each other and tolerate each other, and should not only stand on the side of our own side to see problems of two countries. Thirdly, China needs to strengthen itself. The more powerful China is, the better Sino-Vietnamese relations will be.
