在校企合作背景下搭建人文素质教育基地的重要性,在于提升劳动者的人文素质、增强企业美誉度以及提高学校人才培养质量。校企合作背景下搭建人文素质教育基地的现实困境,从理念层面上来看,主要表现在对提升劳动者人文素质的重要性认识不充分;从企业层面上来看,主要表现在对成本与收益关系的认识不到位;从学校层面上来看,主要表现在对在课程内容与考核评价的安排上不合理。为了更好地搭建人文素质教育基地,我们可以采取以下措施:一是充分发挥榜样的示范性力量,二是积极培养企业的战略性思维,三是不断优化、完善课程内容与考评安排。

The importance of building a humanistic quality education base under the background of school-enterprise cooperation lies in improving the humanities quality of workers,enhancing the reputation of enterprises and improving the quality of talent training in schools.In the context of schoolenterprise cooperation,the realistic dilemma of building a humanistic quality education base is mainly manifested in the insufficient understanding of the importance of improving the humanities quality of workers;from the enterprise level,it is mainly reflected in the relationship between cost and benefit.The understanding is not in place;from the school level,it is mainly manifested in the unreasonable arrangement of the course content and assessment.In order to better build a humanity quality education base,we can take the following measures:First,give full play to the exemplary strength of the example,second,actively cultivate the strategic thinking of the enterprise,and third,continuously optimize and improve the curriculum content and evaluation arrangements.
