摘要
教育属于公共服务供给范畴,由于市场失灵和政府缺位的存在,需求理论主张社会组织参与公共服务供给。文章以社会公益组织为主线,基于黄冈微爱公益组织的质性调查,探索建立社会公益组织与政府、高校、媒体、企业互动合作的“五位一体”干预模式,力求形成良好的社会循环效应。
The education belongs to the category of public service supply.Because of the market failure and the absence of government,demand theory advocates that social organizations participate in the supply of public services.Based on the social welfare organizations as the main line,the qualitative investigation of huanggang based on micro Love Charity Organization,explore the establishment of social welfare organizations and the government,the media,business interaction and cooperation in the"five one"intervention mode,and strive to form a good social circulation effect.
