摘要
用交流电化学沉积方法在阳极氧化铝模板中成功地制备了直径约 16nm ,长度 4 μm的Fe1 -xNix( 0 <x≤ 0 .3 2 )合金纳米线 .在该成分范围内合金纳米线的结构均为bcc结构 ,且表现出 ( 110 )面的择优取向 .穆斯堡尔谱的研究表明由于存在很大的形状各向异性 ,纳米线内部铁原子的磁矩取向均沿着纳米线的方向 .而且随着镍含量的增加 ,超精细磁场平缓变化 。
Arrays of Fe1-xNix(0 < x less than or equal to 0.32) alloys nanowires with 16nm in diameter and 4 mum in length have been successfully fabricated by electrochemical method in anodic alumina oxide template. In the region of low concentration Ni (0 < x less than or equal to 0.32), the structures of alloy nanowires are all bcc structure with a preferred crystallographic orientation [110]. Mossbauer study shows that the direction of the moments of iron atoms in the nanowire is parallel to the axis of the nanowire, and the hyperfine field of the sites of iron atoms has a little variation with increasing Ni content, which is consistent with the bulk Fe1-xNix alloy.
