摘要
行政诉讼的检察监督 ,对于保障我国行政诉讼活动的合法、公正 ,真正实现依法治国起着重要作用。然而 ,目前我国现行的行政诉讼检察监督机制还存在着一些亟待完善的地方。本文从我国行政检察监督的现状出发 ,通过对国外行政诉讼检察监督的比较 。
Examination and supervision of administrative litigation play an important role in ensuring our legal and justaction of administrative litigation,and in realizing running a country according to law.How- ever,our examination and supervision mechanism of administrative litigation in operation still has some imperfections.This thesis discusses the problem in a theoretical framework.
