台湾海峡南部金色小沙丁鱼的年龄和生长 被引量:7

摘要 金色小沙丁鱼(Sardinella aurita Cuvier et Valenciennes)为暖海中广泛分布的一种中上层鱼类。外国学者对太平洋美洲沿岸、印度洋和地中海沿岸的沙丁鱼进行了广泛的中研究。我国有关沙丁鱼的研究很少。至于金色小沙丁鱼的年龄和生长研究,迄今未见专门报道。进行这方面的研究是了解其资源状况,探索其数量变动的的必要手段,也是海洋生态学研究的基础工作之一。 Age of Golden Sardine has been determined based on the scales.Theshape of scales from the body area v under the base of dorsal fin at themiddle later portion of body is the most normal.The coefficients of variationof these scale radii are smallest.Hence the body area v is the best portionfor scale handling.The cycle of annulus formation is once a year and timeof ring formation is from January to April.mainly in April.There is nodifference in time of ring formation among all age groups.It is assumedthat the annulus formation is primarily related to the calcium metabolism.The character of annulus includes three types:(1)Cutting,(2)Melting and(3)Crisscross type.Rosa Lee’s phenomenon has been observed on scales,but it needs not tocorrect the data from back calculation since tile relative error of radius isless than 5%.The relationship of scale-radius and fork length are L=20.09+25.25R(for L<140mm)L=51.86+42.99R(for L>140mm)respectively.The relationship of fork length and weight is an exponentialfunction.It is approaching isometric growth:L=1.3436×10-53LInstantaneous growth rate is calculated and various growth characteristics arecompared.The growth of Golden Sardine fits well to yon Bertalanffy’sequation.The following values have obtained:L∞=248mm;W∞=183.3g;t0=-1.40;K=0.47;tr=0.94.The growrh is the most tepidly in the firstyear.After one year old the growth speed of length and weight turn slower.The increment of length and weight are very slow after three years old.
