长毛对虾幼体对几种饵料的摄食与吸收

长毛对虾(Penaeus penicillatus Alcook)主要分布在闽粤沿海,是我国南方重要的人工养殖对象,近年来养殖生产水平已不断提高。而提供适合幼体食性的优质饵料品种和选择适宜的饵料密度则是保证苗种高产稳产的重要措施。

Ingestion and absorption of the zoea and mysis stages of Penaeus penicillatusAlcock were examined by labelling with 32P(Na2HPO4)on some unicellularalgae and rotifer(Brachionus plicatilis).The absorption rate of the zoea on four unicellular algae increased withthe raising of food density and the development of larvae.The suitable dietdensities for cultivation of the penaeus larvae are offered based on the obtaineddata.The utilizable proportion of Chaetocero,muelleri,Chaet.caleitrans,Phae-odacty tricornutum and Platymonas subcordiformis by the zoea is high and itseems unlikely that Heteroloea sp.is a suitable diet for penaeus larvae.The rotifer Brachinus plicatilis is a suitable diet for mysis and its utiliz-able proportion is very high,up to about 80%.At zoea stage,the larvae are probably herbivorous and at mysis stage,they are predatory but still feed on some algae,especially at mysis-I stage.The absorption rate of the post-larva on the nauplius of Artemia salinawas also examined.
