摘要
用微电泳仪可测定胶体或悬浮颗粒的电泳淌度,进而计算表面双电层的ζ电位和水合氧化物的等电点(I.E.P.)等物理化学参数。研究这些参数随体系种类、浓度、温度等条件而变化的规律,可揭示胶体表面上所发生的各种物理化学过程的机理。所以,电泳法已成为研究河口泥沙淤积带的成因,及污染物转移机理的一种有效方法。水合氧化铁是河口和海洋中悬浮物的重要组成部分。水合氧化铁(人工)的等电点约8.0左右,它可作为正表面或负表面的研究体系,也是研究和鉴定新的测定方法准确性的适宜对象。
The experimental conditions for measuring the iscelectric point of ferric oxide by microelectrophoresis method(model DPM-I,made in China)is described in this paper.The isoelectric point of ferric oxide suspended particles in water solution is 8.0 determined by this method,and the potential determination ions of ferric oxide are found to be H?and OH-ions.Above results are agreed well with the work of others using different methods.This provides a good measured method for the future study of marine surface chemistry.
