摘要 本文根据1984年从福建省晋江和莆田海区采集的蛏苗进行室内试验,探讨了与蛏苗存活率有关的盐度、温度与盐度结合、蛏苗干露时间和个体大小之间的关系。 Tolerance to salinity of young shells of Sinenoiacula constricta collected from different areas,combined effects of temperature and salinity on the survival rate of the young shells and,the relationship between dry—exposure and larval survival rate are described based on experiments.The young shells in high salinity areas show higher tolerance to high salinity,wider range in salinity adaptability and thus are more highly dependent on salinity,On the other hand,those in low salinity areas are more highly dependent on temperature,The survival rave of the young shells after dry exposure treatments is dependent on the size of the young shells and the ambient temperatures.All the young shells in the experiments show a strong tolerance to low temperature down to 10℃,with a survial rate of over 50%.
