摘要
研究用锌盐代替甲醛抑制褐藻胶在生产过程中的降解,比较了不同ZnSO_4浓度的抑制效果,给出了所得产品的Zn_(2+)残留量和红外光谱图,并进行了讨论。
The use of zinc salts instead of formaldehyde in the experiments of alginate degration has produced good results.3.00—5.00×10-3 mol/L zinc sulfate has been effective in the alginate solution.The changes of molecular weight and its distribution were determined by gel permeation chromate graphy.Some modifications of usual instrument were introduced and proved to give satisfactory results.Residual zinc in the products was determined by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and proved to be far beyond the tolerant range of edible alginates.The IR spectroscopy proved the composition and the structure of the alginates were not affected by zinc salts.In the production of alginate,the substitution of zinc salt for formaldehyde as an inhibitor has solved the problem of contemination which couldn’t be solved by traditional Procedure and gives a better procedure in the production.
