摘要
本文以1985年9月墨西哥地震为比照,分析了台湾历史强震对福建沿海尤其福州地区的影响。
The effect of strong Taiwan earthquakes on Fuzhou Basin.the epicentral distances being 300—400km,has been analysed.From the historical facts of the effects of strong Taiwan earthquakes on the Fujian coast.some possible reasons for Fujian′s suffering slightly from the earthquakes have been discussed.Meanwhile,we have emphasized the field conditions of Fuzhou Basin which may lead to the amplification of seismic wave.Also,we have analysed the seismic records of the seismic stations along Fujian coast,and have found that the peak period of body wave has been 1—3 sec.,the wave train is the hidden factor to shock even damage leading of high or medium-sized buildings.The focal machanisms of the most strong Taiwan earthquakes were of the type of strike-slip fault,but we have got different focal mechanism solutions in different areas and depths,which was one of the complexities of the focal mechanism of strong Taiwan earthquakes.And actually,among the strong Taiwan earthquakes,there were some swarm types.It is more worthy to pay attention to that the period of the actively-quiet-activity of strong Taiwan earthquakes was relatively short and is in the active period.
