摘要
大数据战略的重点在于战略意识、知识创新与人才培养。知识创新包括网络空间的构建、网络空间内"装备"平台和工具的构建、应用软件和数据管理。应用平台工具构建大型数据中心,从各种数据源收集、组织、管理和发布数据,推动基于开放数据的数据挖掘与大数据的可视化技术的开发应用。人才培养一是选拔对社会的需求具有独立观察、思考和研究能力的大数据管理人才,二是培养大批能满足社会需要的大数据应用人才,实现社会、市场、科研教育多环节的有效结合。以此促进大数据时代的知识领域、产业技术领域与社会领域的协调共生发展。
The focus of big data strategy lies on the strategic awareness,knowledge innovation and personnel training. Knowledge innovation involves the construction of cyber- space,inner equipment platform and tools,application software and data management.With platform for building up big data centers,data collection,organization,management and issue are done from various data sources,and the development and application of data mining based on opening data and big data visualization technology also promoted. Personnel training is firstly to choose big data managers with ability to independently observe,think and study the social demands,and secondly to cultivate large quantity of application talents who can meet demands of the society and realize efficient combination of society,market,scientific research and education,thus to promote the coordinate and joint development of knowledge field,industrial technical field and social field in big data era.
