文中介绍了当前国际环境下严峻的泄密形势,指出"维基解密"这种新形式互联网泄密带来的挑战和危害,分析了中国保密工作现状及出现的问题,总结了科研院所保密工作的特点,最后提出了科研院所做好保密工作的几点意见。

This paper briefly describes the severe secret- leakage situation under the current international environment,points out the challenges and hazards brought by'Wiki Leaks',a new form of Internet leaks,analyzes the current situation of confidentiality and the newly- emerged problems in China,summarizes the characteristics of confidentiality in scientific- research institutes and academies,and finally proposes some suggestions for these institutes and academies in doing security work well.
