摘要
在信息化大背景下,科技保密工作面临严峻局面。中科院研究所是我国创新科学研究的排头兵,做好研究所的保密管理工作是维护国家科技创新安全的关键。研究所应该以准确定密为源头,人员管理为中心,先进的保密手段和防护体系为保障,用专业科学的管理模式来构建坚固的保密体系。
Under the IT background, the security and privacy of science and technology is faced with a severe situation. Chinese Acad-emy of Sciences is China′s vanguard of innovation and scientific research, so a well-done infosec management of the institute is the key to maintaining the confidentiality of state scientific and technical innovation. The research institute should,with exact secrecy-deciding as the source, the personal management as the central work, and the advanced protection technology as the a security-assurance measure, build a solid confidential system. In addition, a professional and scientific management mode is also absolutely necessary.
