价值中心航天系统研发的方法与应用

Value Centric Design Methodology and Its Application for Aerospace Systems

摘要 传统的成本中心、性能中心的航天系统研发方法难以适应航天科研生产系统的变更。为此,美国等航天强国已逐步开展了价值中心设计方法(Value Centric Design Methodologies, VCDM)的研究与实践。面向VCDM的应用,从核心要素的角度介绍了VCDM的主要研究成果,讨论了应用VCDM面临的诸多挑战,最后给出一些适用于军用航天器系统的关于设计方案优选与合同分包的新结果。 Traditional cost centric and performance centric design methodologies are hardly adapted to the revolution of the research and manufacturing of aerospace systems. Hence, great powers of aerospace such as America have gradually invested in the research and practice of value centric design methodologies(VCDM).Centered at the applications of VCDM, the state-of-the-art of the core elements of VCDM is reviewed. The challenges in applying the VCDM are discussed. Finally, some novel results on design optimization and subcontracting are provided, which are applicable for military aerospace systems.
