摘要
针对发射机开关功率损耗大的问题,将软开关技术应用于发射机系统中,提出考虑变压器漏感和导通损耗的建模思想,建立了应用于发射机的移相全桥ZVZCS变换器小信号等效模型,仿真验证了所建模型的精确性。根据所建模型,设计了电流内环、电压外环的双闭环控制系统,实验表明双闭环控制的有效性,同时也证明了所建模型的准确性。
For large switching loss in transmitter,the soft switching technology is applied to the transmitter system. Considering the transformer leakage inductance and conduction loss,small-signal equivalent model of phase-shift full bridge ZVZCS converter applied in the transmitter is established,and the accuracy of the model is verified by simulation.Based on the model,the double closed-loop controller with inner current loop and outer voltage loop is also designed.Finally,the ex-periments verify the effectiveness of the double closed-loop controller,and also prove the accuracy of the established model.
