摘要
无刷直流电机开始启动时,随着速度的加快与减慢会带有大惯性负载,从而产生大惯性转矩,导致转速调节系统的性能变差。为了解决这个问题,文章提出一种模糊PI控制方案,将模糊逻辑策略与传统PI控制方法相结合,并且在Matlab/Simulink中完成模糊PI控制和传统PI控制的仿真实验。仿真结果表明,模糊PI控制的动态和稳定性能要优于传统的PI控制,并且采用模糊PI控制算法,电机的控制系统有很好的控制效果,响应时间小于0.15 s,无超调,稳态误差为零,响应快速且稳定性好。
The big inertia torque will be produced,and the speed-adjusting system performance will become bad,when the brushless direct current motor (BLDCM)starts,speeds up and down with the greater inertia load.In order to solve this kind of problem,a fuzzy-PI control scheme combined fuzzy logic strategy and traditional PI control method is presented in this paper,and the simulation experiments of the fuzzy-PI control system and the traditional PI control system are ac-complished in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the dynamic and steady performances of fuzzy-PI control system are better than the traditional PI control system.Adopting fuzzy-PI control algorithm,the control system of motor has perfect control effect:the response time is less than 0.1 5 s,the overshooting is none,and the steady state error is ze-ro,exhibiting good quick responsibility and stability.
