摘要
论述了数字化弧焊电源系统的特征及弧焊逆变电源的工作原理,分析了以TMS320LF2407为控制核心的弧焊逆变电源的数字化控制技术,给出了其数字化控制的硬件设计和软件设计。通过弧焊逆变电源的信息化、数字化平台的建立,实现了弧焊逆变电源更高性能的应用。
This paper discusses the characteristics and operating principle of digital-controlled inverter arc welding power supply,analyzes digital control technology of inverter arc welding power supply using TMS320LF2407 as the con-troller,and finally presents related hardware and software design.With the establishment of informationalized and digital platform,higher performance of inverter arc welding power supply is achieved.
