对输变电工程业主项目安全监督管理工作的思考

Consideration of Safety Supervision and Management Work of Power Transmission and Distribution Owner Project

新《安全生产法》对企业安全监督管理提出了一系列新要求,作为业主项目安全监督管理人员,要在新形势下做好安全监督管理,应从"体系"、"责任"与"回归"三方面着手开展工作。文章基于新形势新环境,结合实际工作经验,探讨输变电工程业主项目安全监督管理工作的重要意义、特点、重点及措施。

The new “Safety Production Law”has imposed a series of new requirements on enterprise safety supervision and management.As safety supervisor and managers of owner project,to make better safety supervision and management in the new situation,we should conduct work from three aspects as follows ‘system’,‘responsibility’and ‘return’.In this article,with the new situation and new environment considered,combined with practical work experience,the signifi-cance,characteristics,priorities and measures of safety supervision and management of power transmission and distribution owner project are explored.
