摘要
针对电动汽车充电电源大功率的需求,采用了一种用控制器局域网(Controller Area Network,简称CAN)现场总线进行通信,实现全桥三电平LLC(Full bridge three-level LLC,FB TL-LLC)谐振变换器的数字并联均流的控制方案。文中分析了数字均流技术的原理,并利用TI公司生产的TMS320F28035内部的CAN控制器,构建了两台10 kWFB TLLLC谐振变换器的样机进行并机实验。实验结果与该方案的原理相符,验证了控制技术的正确性和可行性,并且电源系统的均流度满足充电电源均流度的要求,均流误差低于5%。
According to the demand of high power of electric vehicle power supply,this paper employs a control scheme which can communicate by using a controller area network(Controller Are a Network,referred to as CAN).It's realized the digital parallel current sharing of the full bridge three-level LLC resonant converter.This paper analyzes the principle of digital parallel current sharing technique,and the prototype of double 10 kW FB TL-LLC converter which CAN controller with the interanl of TMS320F28035 is realized.The experimental results show that the experimental results are consistent with the principles of the programme,verify the validity and feasibility of control technology and the power system are mobility meet the demands of charging power supply current,mobility is less than 5%.
