机器视觉是用机器代替人的眼睛来做测量和判断,文中设计了一个基于机器视觉的检测系统,用于检测冲压件上的银点,基本实现了对银点的全检测,并通过PLC控制系统和机械辅助系统筛选出不合格的产品,实现了产品在加工制作环节的监控,降低废品率,并最大程度的实现了工厂自动化生产。

Machine vision is a technology that uses machines to do measurement and judgment instead of human eyes.In this paper,a detection system based on machine vision is designed to detect silver point on the stamping parts.The system is verified to achieve full detection of silver point.And through the PLC control system and mechanical aided system,the unqualified products are filtered out.This technology can realize the production supervision in the manufacturing process and reduce scrap rate,which leads to mass factory automation production.
