10kV专变用户受电设备隐患排查与事故处理分析

Analysis of Hidden Trouble Inspection and Treatment of Powered Device of 10 kV Special Transformer

随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,10 kV专变用户在受电客户中所占比例逐年增加。部分专变用户缺乏对电力法律、法规,以及相关标准的的全面了解,在实际运行中对受电设备的管理投入不足,很多隐患未能及时发现和处理,导致事故,给社会带来了严重损失和不良影响。文中结合多年工作实际,对专变客户中常见隐患和事故进行分析,总结了在排查和处理过程中需要重视的一些问题。

With the development of economy and improvement of people's living standard,proportion of 10 kV special transformer users in electricity customers increases year by year.Part of the special transformer users lack a comprehensive understanding of the power laws,regulations and related standards,and provide inadequate investment in the management of the powered device.Therefore,some troubles are not timely found and treated,resulting in serious losses and adverse effects to the society.In this paper,combined with author's years of practical work,common hazards and accidents of special transformer are analyzed,and issues needing to be emphasized in investigation and treatment process are summarized.
