摘要
远程费控是根据客户用电情况,通过远程控制用户用电的一种方式,它主要借助于现代化的通讯手段,依托高效的数据存储、计算机处理技术,以用电信息采集系统和营销业务系统为基础,从远程控制、电费测算、费控业务运行管理等多个业务层次全面实现费控业务功能。文中阐述了远程费控系统在营销业务中的应用。
The remote control system by electricity cost is based on customer energy usage information to remotely control customer's electricity usage.It mainly utilizes the modern communication technology,efficient data storage and computer processing technology.Based on electricity cost information collection system and business service system,remote control business by cost is fully realized though remote control,electricity calculation,operation management and other business aspects.This article describes application of remote control by expense in our business service.
