摘要
基于MOS管的结构特点,分析了MOS管的驱动过程,得出MOS管驱动电路的基本要求。根据MOS管在星载DC-DC电源中的使用要求及特点,对多种不同MOS管驱动电路的设计和特点进行了比较分析。重点对隔离型MOS管驱动电路的工作原理进行了研究,对电路中关键器件的参数选择进行了分析,通过仿真验证了隔离型MOS管驱动电路设计的合理性。
Based on the structure of MOSFET,the process of driving MOSFET is analyzed in this paper.According to the applying and character of MOSFET in on-satellite DC-DC power,the feature of several different circuits is contrasted. Especially focus on the study the theory of the isolated MOSFET drive circuit,the influence and designation of the key pa-rameter are discussed,the rationality of the way to design isolated MOSFET drive circuit are proved by simulation in the end.
