内嵌式永磁同步电机最小功率损失控制优化

摘要 针对内嵌式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)的损耗问题提出了一种理论最优励磁电流范围内的搜索控制方法。文中通过分析包含铁损电阻的电机数学模型,推导出d、q轴电流关系和效率最优的励磁电流的范围。在此基础上使用黄金分割法实时搜索效率最优的励磁电流,以实现IPMSM调速系统电气损耗最小。最后通过MATLAB建立了仿真平台,并验证了最小功率损耗控制策略的有效性,提升了永磁同步电机的效率。 In view of the loss of the IPMSM,this article proposed a search control method within a theoretical maxi-mum excitation current.In this article,through analysis of motor mathematics model of containing iron loss resistance,it derived d ,q-axis current relations and excitation current range of the most optimal efficiency.On this basis,using golden section method to search excitation current of the most optimal efficiency,achieve IPMSM speed control system of electric loss with minimal.Finally,it established simulation platform by MATLAB,verified the validity of the minimum power loss control strategies,improved the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
