摘要
基于"印刷设备远程维护系统"工程的开发过程,文章提出了三种远程故障分析方法,即专家诊断数据库、PLC软元件逻辑寻根法和虚拟样机辅助法。通过三种方法的结合,能够顺利解决以PLC控制为核心的远程机械设备,经过制定远程协议,获取到远程设备终端的运行状态数据后,利用数据进行分析判断,进而给出合理的故障解决方案,为大型设备的远程故障诊断技术提供了一种可以广泛借鉴的诊断方法。
Based on the project development process of “the remote maintenance system of printing equipment”,the three remote fault analysis method is proposed in this article,namely,the expert diagnosis database,the method of logical roots PLC software components and the virtual prototype auxiliary method.Through the combination of three methods,it would be able to solve the problem of the remote mechanical equipment with PLC as the core,after making a remote proto-col,get the running status data of remote terminal equipment,using the data for the analysis judgment,and then gives rea-sonable fault solution.It can provide a diagnostic method for wide reference for large equipment of remote fault diagnosis technology.
