摘要
根据某电动轿车的后副车架的实际结构,利用有限元前处理软件HyperMesh建立有限元分析模型,运用Optistruct求解器计算其自由模态并与已有的试验结果进行对比,验证了该模型的正确性。通过分析后副车架在多种工况下的应力分布和变形情况,提出该车架结构轻量化方案,并分析优化后车架结构强度,证明了此轻量化方案的有效性。
According to the actual structure of rear subframe of the electric car,a finite element model for the frame structure is built by using pre-processing software HyperMesh.The correctness of the model is verified by computing the freedom mode with optisturct solver and contrasting it with existing test results.Through analyzing stress distribution and deform life of the frame under multi-conditions,the lightweight project of the frame is put forward.The validity of this lightweight project is identified after analyzing the optimized frame structure intensity life.
