摘要
基于模糊控制理论,利用三菱系列PLC、变频器实现对三相异步电机的无级调速控制,把可编程逻辑控制器与模糊算法相结合,用可编程逻辑控制器来达到模糊控制的目的,从而增强变频调速系统的智能化水平,还发挥了可编程逻辑控制器可靠性高、适应性强、灵活等优点。
Based on the theory of fuzzy control,using Mitsubishi series PLC and inverter,an stepless variable speed control system of three-phase asynchronous motor is realized.Combined the programmable logic controller with the fuzzy algorithm,the system achieves the purpose of fuzzy control by PLC,so as to enhance the intelligent level of variable frequency speed control sys-tem,but also play the advantages of programmable logic controller,such as high reliability,adaptable,flexible,etc.
