基于SIMOTION D425的高速滚珠丝杠副测控系统设计

摘要 设计开发了一种高速滚珠丝杠副动态精度测试试验台测控系统。该系统采用了西门子公司SIMOTION D425运动控制系统与基于PC的人机交互界面WinCC flexible通讯的自动化解决方案。通过在工作台行程长度上选取五个测点,快速移动运动部件分别对各目标位置从正、负两个方向进行五次定位,以高精度光栅尺作为位移传感器,测出高速滚珠丝杠副的定位精度、重复定位精度和反向误差三部分。整个系统不仅可以完成数据的采集、处理、存储、显示等功能,而且人机交互简单、界面友好、数据收集能力强,可满足高速滚珠丝杠动态精度测试要求。 Designing and developing a kind of dynamic accuracy test and control system of high speed ball-screw.The system used an automation solution method of Siemens SIMOTION D425 motion control system and human-computer interaction interface WinCC flexible which based on PC.Through selecting five test points on the table travelling length and moving to target location fast for five times from both positive and negative direction,grating scale is adopted as displacement senor,the positioning accuracy,repeat positioning accuracy and reverse error of high speed ball-screw can be measured.The whole system not only can complete data acquisition,process,storage and display,but also has the advantages of easy human-computer interaction,friendly interface and strong ability in data collection,which can meet the dynamic accuracy testing requirements of high speed ball-screw.
