摘要
文章详细分析直线插补的原理,在此基础上使用Matlab对直线插补进行仿真,给出仿真结果。结合ARM处理器在人机显示、通信接口方面的优势和DSP数据处理能力强的优点,给出一种基于ARM微处理器LPC1788和专用DSP运动控制芯片PCL6045BL组合的嵌入式运动控制器。对嵌入式运动控制器的直线插补模式进行研究,设定直线插补轨迹,进行直线插补实验,测量实验波形并对其进行详细分析。直线插补实验结果验证了嵌入式运动控制器的可行性,系统稳定,响应速度快。
In this paper,the principle of linear interpolation are analyzed,linear interpolation is simulated based on MATLAB,then the result is given.According to the characteristics of ARM and DSP motion control chip,a novel embedded motion controller is designed based on LPC1788 and PCL6045 BL.The structure of the control system is a dual-CPU configuration of master-slave mode,which integrated the advantages of ARM's man-machine interface display and communication interface with PCL6045BL's high reliability.Study on the linear interpolation model of embedded motion controller,set the trajectory,and get the experiment waveform.The results show that the embedded motion controller can be implemented in 2-axis linear interpolation.The system has good stability and fast response.
