摘要 通信电源模块的工作环境复杂多样,电源模块的工作可靠性问题成为保证通信设备正常工作的关键。从通信电源模块的实效模式看,雷击损坏占有相当的比例,尤其是夏天雷雨频繁季节更为凸显。文中在分析通信电源模块常见雷击失效模式的基础上提出雷击优化设计解决方案:降低残压、压敏过流保护措施、DC/DC原边设置过流保护电路、增加覆锡、加长C级防雷和D级防雷的走线长度等。 The working environment of the communication power supply module is complex and various,and the working reliability of the power supply module is the key to ensure the normal operation of the communication equipment.From the practical mode of communication power supply module,the lightning strike damage occupies a considerable proportion,especially in the summer thunderstorm season.Based on the analysis of the common lightning failure mode of the communication power supply module,this paper puts forward the solution of the optimal design of lightning stroke:reduction of residual pressure,pressure sensitive over current protection measures,DC/DC original edge of the current protection circuit,increase the coverage of tin,lengthen the C level of lightning protection and D class lightning protection of the line length,etc.
