摘要
根据绝缘油解析标准,能够影响绝缘油的电气性能的主要因素是浮在空气中的固体或者是液体颗粒物质的污染程度,其中高压绝缘油以及特高压绝缘油对固体或者是液体的颗粒程度的条件不断提高,最为精准周密的条件是金属的颗粒含量。文中阐述辽宁蒲石河电站抽取水力存蓄能源的500kV水电站主要变频压力机器中绝缘油的提纯净化、油内的电气含量、颗粒物质污染程度的工作程序,提出了绝缘油颗粒度指标的控制重点及对变压器制造、现场安装的注意事项。
According to the analytical standard of insulating oil,the main factor of influencing electrical performance of insulating oil is solids floating in the air or contamination degree of liquid particulate matter.The conditions of high pressure insulating oil and extra high pressure insulating oil on the solid or liquid particles are continuously improved,and the most accurate and thorough condition is the particle content of the metal.This paper introduces the working program of purification,electrical content in oil and particulate matter pollution degree of insulating oil in main frequency conversion pressure machine in Liaoning Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station 500 kV transformer,further proposing control key points of the particle size index of insulating oil and attention matters of transformer manufacturing and installation.
