摘要 针对铝电解电容器电极箔的制造对任意波形电源的应用需求,设计一种输出波形可控的高精度电源。系统主要包括DC电源、任意波形电源输出电路、任意波形生产采集模块及以ARM芯片STM32F103为核心的控制模块等。DC电源采用降压型PWM DC-DC电源技术来设计;采用Easy Wave波形编辑软件,直接绘出所需要的波形,将波形有关参数生成CSV文件,将CSV文件载入到用C++语言编写的波形参数采集软件中,来获取对应的波形参数,完成波形的采集;将波形参数载入STM32F103,利用PWM驱动电路将波形载入任意波形输出电路以驱动负载。实验结果表明:该电源可以输出频率范围为0 300 Hz,最大峰值电压为15 V,最大电流为100 A的任意波形。 According to the application requirement for arbitrary waveform power supply of aluminum electrolytic capacitor electrode foil manufacturing,a high-accuracy digital power supply whose output waveform can be controlled is designed.The system includes DC power supply,arbitrary waveform power output circuit,arbitrary waveform acquisition module production and uses STM32F103 as the core control system modules.In the DC power supply,step-PWM DC-DC power supply technology is adopted to design;the paper obtains the desired waveform acquisition by using Easy Wave waveform editing software,which can directly draw the desired waveform,through the relevant parameters of waveform to generate CSV file,and the CSV file is loaded into the C++ language waveform acquisition software which can write by yourself to obtain the corresponding waveform parameters to complete the acquisition of the waveform.Then through loading to STM32F103 from the waveform parameters and using PWM driving circuit load arbitrary waveform output circuit to drive a load.The experimental results indicate that:the power supply can output arbitrary wave-forms,whose output frequency range is 0~300 Hz,maximum peak voltage is 15 V and maximum current is 100 A.
