输入浪涌抑制与防反接电路的优化设计 被引量:10

摘要 提出了一种用于DC-DC变换器的带输入防反接功能的浪涌抑制电路。该电路不仅能够抑制上电启动的浪涌电流,还能够对输入电压的瞬变浪涌进行抑制。此外,该电路还具备输入极性的防反接功能,确保DC-DC变换器在输入极性反接的情况下不会损坏。文章对该电路各功能部分和相关应用电路进行原理分析和对比,体现了该电路在DC-DC变换器应用中的必要性和优越性。通过在某列车照明DC-DC变换器中应用,该电路的实用性和有效性得到了验证。 In this study,a surge suppression circuit with input voltage anti-reverse function is proposed for DC-DC converters.This circuit not only can limit the inrush current at the moment of power on,but also can reduce the impact on DC-DC converters from the transient surge of input voltage.Besides,this circuit also has a function to keep the DC-DC convert from being damaged on the condition that the polarity of the input voltage is tied reversely.In this article,from the view of working mechanism,functional parts of the circuit are analyzed and compared with its counterpart circuits.The necessity and superiority of the circuit in DC-DC converters are presented.By applying in a DC-DC converter for train-mounted lighting system,the practicality and effectiveness of this circuit is demonstrated.
