摘要
LLC谐振变换器工作频率高,功率密度大,效率高,可实现电源自冷设计和密封设计,能更好地适应车载环境条件,符合小型化轻量化趋势。车载二次电源的前端变换器应用于电池充电器与各种用电设备供电,对输入、功率、调压范围等有不同的要求,分别定制化设计将增加开发成本和周期。文章论述了一种通用型电源的优化设计方案,通过引入Boost型PFC电路预稳压和SiC器件,提出一种通用型控制方式,实现对交流、单相直流、三相直流输入兼容,通过两级联调实现输出宽调压范围,并实现了通用化设计,完成了样机验证。
Compared with traditional PWM converter,LLC enjoy high switching frequency,high power density,high efficiency and good environment adaptability.All these merits make it a good candidate for vehicle power sources which will be used in severe environment condition and ask for smaller size and lighter weight.Vehicle equipments have varies needs of power source:AC or DC input,varies load and output voltage range.Customized design will cost a lot.We proposed a universalized design method for LLC power source by introducing SiC devices and proposing a new control method of single switch Boost-PFC circuit.A prototype has been developed and the universalization for different input type and output need is verified.
