摘要
红外诊断是对运行中电力设备的一种非接触无损检测和故障诊断,通过对电力设备运行现场大面积温度分布场的扫描和局部缺陷的定点测温,能够及时而准确地发现和诊断运行电力设备的事故隐患和故障先兆。文章简要介绍了红外成像仪的基本原理及设备缺陷类型的判断方法,并对其在实际工作中发现的一起避雷器严重缺陷进行了分析。
Fault diagnosis is a non-destructive test and fault diagnosis technology for running electric power equipment,which can detect and diagnose accident potential and fault threatened timely and exactly by large temperature distribution fields scanning and fixed point temperature measurement of local defects in electric power equipment operating site.This paper briefly introduces the basic principles of infrared imager and determining methods for equipment defect types,which also analyzes a serious defect of arrester in practical work.
