摘要
在传统的运行管理中,110 kV馈线末端保护及充电线路重合闸往往在退出状态,遇到倒方式操作时,需要运维人员到无人值守变电站频繁地对继电保护装置及重合闸装置做相应的调整。而无人值守变电站一般距离基地运维站较远,下站操作路途时间较长,导致倒方式操作时间过长。文章提出统一调整馈线末端保护及充电线路重合闸状态的方法,来改变传统运行管理模式,优化倒方式操作程序,缩短了电网倒方式操作时间,极大地提高了电网运行效率。
In the traditional operation and management,operation and maintenance personnel are needed to adjust protection and auto-reclosure at unmanned substations when the terminal protection of feeder and the auto-reclosure of charging line are dropping out and in operation down mode.Generally,unmanned substations are far away from the base station operation and maintenance.A longer journey time results in longer operation time.In this paper,a method of adjusting the status of feeder terminal protection and charging line auto-reclosure is presented,which changing the traditional mode of operation and management.Program of down mode operation is optimized and the operation time is shortened,which greatly improve the efficiency of grid operation.
