摘要
变压器传统呼吸器内的硅胶经过几个月的运行后会吸潮变色,需要人工更换。目前变电站已经实现无人值班,更换时需要投入大量的人力和车辆,费时、费力,增加运维成本,并且不能保证及时更换。文章作者通过多年的研究、摸索,研制出一种新型免维护吸湿器。它通过自身的加热装置,将硅胶内的水分蒸发,始终保持吸湿器内的硅胶干燥,可以长期不用更换硅胶,该产品若得到推广,将产生很大的经济效益和社会效益。
Silica gel in the traditional moisture absorbent for transformer needs to be replaced manually after several months so that a lot of manpower and vehicles are required since unmanned substation has been achieved.In this paper,a new maintenance-free moisture absorbent for transformer is developed.Water in the silica gel is evaporated through its own heating system so that silica gel can be used for a long time.This new moisture absorbent will have a significant economic and social benefits.
