摘要
文章首先分析辽阳地区供电和维修运营现状,得出了辽阳电网建立智能抢修车调度及管理系统的必要性。该智能系统的要素包含:95598系统、低压电网GIS系统、带GPS系统的智能抢修车、GPRS系统等。该智能系统将以上要素有机地融合,实现高效的故障维修,实例中抢修车仅8分钟就能到达抢修点。最后,就该系统后续发展提出参考意见和建议。
In this paper,power supply and maintenance operation status in Liaoyang region are first analyzed and it is very necessary for Liaoyang power grid to establish intelligent repair dispatching and management system.Then the main elements of the intelligent systems are analyzed.It includes 95598 system,low-voltage power grid GIS system,GPS intelligent repair and GPRS system.In the intelligent system,the above elements are combined together and efficient fault maintenance is achieved,which can reach the repair place in8 minutes.Finally,some suggestions for the future development of the system are put forward.
