摘要 根据我国电力市场环境,在对目前电网条件下的发电竞价模型进行研究基础上,探讨了基于可中断负荷的新型输电阻塞管理模型,使用一种新的简洁方法,即利用PSASP软件计算最优潮流分布,利用Matlab软件编程计算阻塞费用,通过简化计算过程对阻塞费用的定价问题进行了对比分析。以在IEEE6标准节点系统为例,对比分析基于可中断负荷的阻塞管理模型和传统阻塞管理模型下,验证前者可消除网络阻塞,电网的潮流分布符合稳定性的要求,经济调度性更优,并且证实了方法的可行性和有效性。 According to the electric power market of our country,based on the study of the current generation bidding model under the condition of the current power grid,a new transmission congestion management based on interruptible load is proposed.A new simple method is adopted,which means that use PSASP software to calculate the optimal power flow distribution,and utilize Matlab software programming to calculate the cost of congestion.By simplifying the calculation process,the pricing problem of congestion pricing is analyzed.Taking the IEEE6 standard node system as an example,the congestion management model and the traditional congestion management model based on the interrupt load are compared and analyzed in order to prove that the former can eliminate the network congestion.The power flow distribution of the power network is in line with the requirements of stability,and the economic dispatch is better.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified.
