摘要
文中介绍了基于CM6901模拟控制芯片设计的输出电压为+12 V、输出电流为21 A、额定功率为252 W的LLC开关电源的工作原理、参数计算以及样机实验测试结果。使用CM6901设计的半桥谐振开关电源符合开关电源性能指标要求,具有输出过电流、短路等保护功能。电源样机符合LLC拓扑的高效率、小体积特点,可实现ZVS,全负载范围实现最高可达到96%的效率,并改善了LLC拓扑固有的轻载调整率问题。这种应用设计可满足目前市场上中、高功率,高效率电源的设计需求。
In this paper,based on CM6901,the working principle,parameter calculation and prototype test results of switching mode power supply are introduced,whose output voltage,output current and rated power is+12 V,21 A,and252 W.Half bridge resonant switching mode power designed by CM6901 accords with switching mode power supply performance requirements,and it has the current output,short circuit protection function.ZVS is realized by the power supply prototype which meets the high efficiency and small size characteristics of LLC topology,and full load range can achieve the highest efficiency of 96%.What's more,the inherent light load regulation rate of LLC topology is improved.This application design can meet medium and high power,high efficiency power supply design requirements in the current market.
