互联网应用的发展对运营商传统业务发展带来了巨大挑战,为了抵御互联网应用的发展带来的冲击,运营商发展能力开放成为一种无法避免的趋势。文中通过对比分析国外运营商及互联网公司能力开放的现状及趋势,探讨了国内运营商能力开放策略以及搭建能力平台的架构。

The development of Internet applications has brought great challenges to the development of traditional business.In order to resist the impact of the development of Internet applications,operators development ability opening has become an inevitable trend.By comparing and analyzing the current situation and trend of ability opening of the foreign operators and Internet companies,in this paper,the domestic operators' opening strategy and the architecture of ability platform are discussed.
