变电站事故总信号存在问题分析及解决方法

Problem Analysis and Solving Method of the General Fault Signal in Substations

变电站事故总信号是电网调度监控人员判断电网故障、保证电网安全运行的重要基础信息。事故总信号合成逻辑、二次回路、设备状况、运维管理等因素直接影响了事故总信号正确动作情况。文中针对变电站事故总信号采集原理、运行及检修过程中存在的问题,结合事故总信号采集方式,明确了事故总信号漏误报的解决方法,对提高变电站事故总信号正确动作率、缩短调控监控人员发现电网故障时间,具有非常重要的指导意义。

The general fault signal of substation is the important basic information of judging the fault and ensuring the safe operation of the grid.The factors of synthesis of logic,secondary loop,equipment situation and operation management directly impact the correct action of the general fault signal.In this paper,aiming at the problem of collecting principle,running and maintenance of the general fault signal in substation,combined with the general fault signal collecting method,the solution of false alert or missed alert in the general fault signal is clearly proposed,which has the important guiding significance to improve the rate of correct operating and reduce the time to find the failure of power grid for monitoring staff.
